How long will it take for me to receive my
order?
Most items, besides fireplace doors, will arrive
within 5-10 business days. Fireplace doors generally take 2-3 weeks
for stock doors and 4-6 weeks for custom ordered doors.

How can I be sure of the quality of the product
I order?
Every item we sell is guaranteed. We have been in
business for over eight years and select high quality items to represent
our name..
How do I exchange or return an item?
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken or defective,
we will either replace the broken parts if possible or ship out
a new one, completely at our expense.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as
quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express
ship replacement pieces.
We work hard to make your shopping experience at FireplaceDoors.net
is an enjoyable one.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange. It takes
about 2-3 weeks for us to receive the returned or exchanged product
back from you and process the return.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price
of the product only. Shipping fees and custom items can not be refunded.
We can only issue a refund to the credit card that was used at purchase.
For stock fireplace doors, a shipping fee of $65 and a 30% restocking
fee will be subtracted from the total unless the door was received
damaged. In the case of a damaged door, we will incur all expenses
to get you a new door or refund.
* Notice: Some products such as custom made
items cannot be returned or exchanged unless item was received defective,
damaged or broken.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel it, please
call us at 1(888)FPDOOR1 within FOUR hours of placing your order
to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly customer service
will do all that we can to stop the items from being processed and/or
shipped, but there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it
in time.
Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your
return to process and credit your credit card.
Site errors and system updates
While FireplaceDoors.net makes every effort to ensure our website is up-to-date
and error free, we will not be held responsible for obvious human/system updating errors.
We have the right to cancel an invoice at any time for errors resulting from
human/system updating errors that we have no control over.
If you happen to encounter this situation, our system will regenerate and an invoice to you with the item deleted from it to show that it was not processed and it was indeed,
an obvious human/system updating error.
