Return Policy on all Non-custom Fireplace Doors Products
If you are not satisfied with your item within 14
days of the delivery date, please call our dedicated customer service
at 1(888)FPDOOR1 and they will walk you through the return process.
You will need to obtain a Return Authorization # (RA#) in order to obtain a credit on your order. Items will need to be shipped back to our manufacturers, so please do not ship to the address for FireplaceDoors.net. We will give you instructions on where to ship the item.
The returned product must be in new and unused condition
and in the original packaging. Please include any documentation,
parts and accessories to insure proper credit. "New and unused"
means saleable condition, not dirty and not washed. We cannot accept
returns for an item with any indications that it has already been
used.
Also, please be careful of the packaging for your return.
If the package is returned to us in a damaged, unsaleable state,
you will be responsible for the costs incurred to make it saleable.
Please be advised that the shipping charges will be subtracted
from the invoice total when credited to your credit card. (The only time shipping charges are reimbursed is if the item is received damaged).
For items
with free shipping, the outbound freight charge will be deducted
from the total refund. (For fireplace doors, the shipping charge
is $65) Many items have promotional (reduced) shipping charges.
Therefore, the shipping cost on your bill may not reflect actual
shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the
customer, unless the item is received damaged or defective. All
returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and must be returned
within 2 weeks (14 days) of the delivery of the item. If you have
any questions about the restocking fee as it pertains to your order,
please call us before we ship the product. Once the item leaves
the warehouse we have incurred our cost and the manufacturer will
not refund us for the freight charges.
There is a 20% restocking fee also subtracted from the credit unless the item is received in a damaged state.
CUSTOM ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE UNLESS THEY ARE RECEIVED DAMAGED.

Note: Shipping charges and
custom fireplace doors cannot be refunded.
Please allow us 10-14 days once we have received your
return to process and credit your account.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives at your door damaged, broken
or defective, we will either replace the broken parts if possible
or ship out a new one completely at our expense. You will not be
charged for costs associated with returning damaged merchandise.
Requests for replacement parts will be processed as
quickly as possible. Please note that we are not able to express
ship replacement pieces.
We work hard to make your shopping experience at FireplaceDoors.net
an enjoyable one, so please keep us informed on problems you encounter
in order for us to correct them.
Credit and Return Time
Please give us some time to process your return/exchange.
It takes 3-4 weeks for us to receive the returned or exchanged product, inspect
and credit your account. You will receive an e-mail that reflects
that your credit card has been credited.
All refunds granted are for the purchase price of
the product only and can only be issued to the credit card used
at purchase. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is received damaged.
Canceling Your Order
If you have placed an order and would like to cancel
it, please call us at 1(888)FPDOOR1 within four hours of placing
your order to cancel it free of any charges.
Don't worry! Even after the four hours, our friendly
customer service will do all that we can to stop the items from
being processed and/or shipped, but there is no guarantee that we
will be able to stop it in time.
If you ordered a custom fireplace
door and the manufacturer has already begun construction, they will
not allow us to accept cancellations or returns on that item. Most of our custom manufacturers do not allow cancellations after 24 hours of placing the order. So please notify us
immediately so we can catch them before they start making the item.
FireplaceDoors.net Privacy Policy
We will never sell any customer's information to any
third party. This is our pledge to you, our customer. Any information
gathered on this site will be used only by FireplaceDoors.net. One month
after your order is placed; your credit card information is automatically
deleted from our database. Your privacy is our first and main concern.
We understand that you want to be able to purchase Fireplace Doors online and
not have to give away your personal information to do so.
Limitations: Even though we try our best to ensure
your privacy and security and always look to use the best available
and tested technologies to guard and protect our web site and our
customers, we face the same risks as all Internet companies.
